Since then, God has used the depression, anxiety and trauma in her own life to reveal a bigger, calling- continuing her educational career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in mental health and addictions. Her own battles with mental health have been pivotal moments in her life to continue on her path of healing. She believes that even more than loving naps, sunshine and gummy bears, she is called to love herself and to love people exactly where they are, and let God do the rest.

Kelli Schmith | Speaker | Indianapolis

Kelli used to consider herself a Quitter. Today, she’s turned that self-defeating label around and uses it to move through situations that she once ran from. She joins Esther Be to share her journey of reclaiming her voice and listening to her gut. Her marketing and sales career took her around the globe as she moved up and down the corporate ladder in publishing and technology. The achievements, salary and titles were big, but not as gargantuan as Kelli’s effort to juggle her life as an executive, wife, mother, sister and friend with a fiercely guarded diagnosis of Attention Deficit Disorder. Thrusting herself into a crossroads of being jobless and divorced, Kelli called it quits on her identity as a marketer and on a life of secrets that felt inauthentic and shackled by lies of omission. Three years later, Kelli’s life is radically yet peacefully different, personally, professionally and spiritually.

This will be an amazing day, you won’t want to miss it!! Gathering women to help lead their generations out of exile through the release of shame, guilt, and fear.

At Esther Be, as a woman, you are welcome to join us as you are, so we can meet you where you are, so we can stand with you.  We will help you take the first step toward freedom.

Launched in 2016, Esther Be was created in hopes of transforming the women of this world.  Shame, guilt, and fear is the root of people pleasing, addictions, perfectionism, and the list goes on and on.  We are exiling ourselves from living who we are supposed to be.  You are not alone and you are not the only one.  Let us gather in community and be empowered together.

Throughout the day, Speakers will be sharing their personal stories of shame, guilt, and fear.  Available at the gathering will be opportunities to seek the next step if you need assistance doing so; whatever that next step may be for you…meditation, yoga, reiki, prayer, therapy, or helping women internationally.
